In short

PhsarAI is a place where people in Cambodia advertise things for sale and buyers find them. We are not a shop. We do not own, inspect, store, ship or guarantee anything listed here.

Every sale is an agreement between the buyer and the seller. Money, delivery and disputes are between the two of you. PhsarAI holds no payment and takes no commission on your sale.

Using the site means you accept these terms.

Who can use PhsarAI

You must be at least 18 years old.

You may sign in with a phone number, a Telegram account or a Gmail account. To post a listing you need either a verified Cambodian phone number or a linked Telegram account, so that buyers have a real way to reach you.

Keep your account to yourself. Anything posted from your account is treated as posted by you.

Do not pretend to be another person, business or shop.

Posting a listing

List only items that actually exist, that you are entitled to sell, and that you are genuinely selling in Cambodia.

Prices, condition, location and specifications must be honest. Do not advertise one price and demand another when the buyer arrives.

Use your own photos of the actual item, or photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other sellers’ goods.

Limits per account: 10 listings per hour, 30 listings per day, and 5 photos per listing. These exist to keep the site usable, not to restrict genuine sellers.

Do not post the same item many times to stay at the top of the list.

What you may not post

Drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Weapons, ammunition, explosives and similar items.

Wildlife products — ivory, rhino horn, pangolin scales, bear bile, tiger parts and the like. Cambodia is a transit country for this trade and we treat it seriously.

Sexual services, and gambling of any kind — online casinos, sports betting, lottery and number games. Both are illegal in Cambodia.

Forged documents and identities — passports, ID cards, driving licences, diplomas, stamps — and bank accounts, SIM cards or visas offered for sale or rent.

Anything made to harm or spy on another person — sedatives sold for use on people, hidden cameras for bathrooms or hotel rooms, phone stalkerware.

Counterfeit goods sold as replicas or as the real thing.

Listings matching these categories are blocked automatically when you publish, and removed if they get through.

Links in your description

You may include up to 3 links in a listing description — your shop page, a catalogue, a Telegram contact.

Links to gambling and adult sites are blocked and will not become clickable.

All links carry the nofollow and ugc attributes. Posting here does not pass search ranking to your site, so listings written only to place links have no value and will be removed.

You are responsible for where your links lead. A link to malware, a scam or illegal content will cost you your account.

The AI features

When you paste a rough description or photos, an AI drafts a title, price, location and specifications for you. It is a suggestion. Read it, correct it, and publish it only when it is true — the published listing is yours, not the AI’s.

Photos on published listings are screened by AI for prohibited content. The AI only scores; the thresholds and the decision to block are ours. Screening can miss things and can be wrong in both directions, so it is not a guarantee that everything on the site is legal.

Buying safely

Meet in a public place in daylight. Inspect the item before you pay. Be careful with any seller who wants a deposit before you have seen the goods.

PhsarAI never asks for a deposit, never holds your money, and never sends anyone to collect payment on a seller’s behalf. Anyone claiming to do so on our behalf is committing fraud.

A listing appearing on PhsarAI is not our endorsement of the seller or the item.

What we may do

We may remove any listing, hide a shop or block an account that breaks these terms, breaks Cambodian law, or is used to defraud other people. Serious cases are acted on without notice.

We may pass information to Cambodian authorities where the law requires it.

We may change, limit or shut down parts of the site. The site is provided as it is; we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Your content stays yours

Your photos and text remain yours. By posting, you give PhsarAI permission to display, resize, compress and watermark them so they can be shown on the site, in search results and in previews. That permission ends when you delete the listing, apart from copies in backups and in search engine caches we do not control.

Limits of our responsibility

We are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality or existence of anything listed, nor for whether a buyer or seller does what they promised.

To the extent the law allows, PhsarAI is not liable for loss arising from a transaction between users, from a listing, from a link posted by a user, or from the site being unavailable.

Nothing here removes rights you have under Cambodian consumer law.

Fees

Posting and browsing are free today. If we introduce paid features, we will announce them on the site before they start, and existing listings will not become paid retroactively.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia, and the courts of Cambodia handle any dispute about them.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do. Continuing to use PhsarAI means you accept the updated terms.
